    Description

This is an 1822 Coronet Head Large Cent. Area of tarnish near face and reverse at bottom right of wreath. This coin is considered Fine by Ruddy Photograde book due to clear liberty,  cords visible and hair detail.   It is a Philadelphia Mint Cent from my father's small collection of monies given to me prior to his passing in 1990. I have to downsize myself now so I am selling the collection here.     Hair lines are present though they are slightly worn at top of head and over ear. . Wreath has little detail on top leaves  According to my Yeoman's book from 2021, only 2  million coins from that year were minted originally.
If you win this coin and are not happy when you see it, please email  through Ebay and return it for a full refund.   The coin will be shipped in a padded envelope backed by cardboard and sent via First Class Mail directly at the Post office for safety and faster delivery.
    Happy bidding.
