Return Policy:

We will issue an RMA number. Include the RMA number, along with your full name, email address, and item number with your shipment. Please print the RMA number on the outside of the box.

If you cannot provide a picture, you may be required to ship the item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
