This is a Beautiful 20" Vintage Italian Florentine Gilt Ivy Motif Wall Candle Sconce.
The sconce is made from heavy steel with a pattern of branches and leaves with a single candle holder at the bottom.
This lovely piece exhibits the quality and aesthetically pleasing design elements that are the hallmark of skilled Italian craftsmen.  The original maker's sticker on the back reads "Florentia A Decorative Craft Hand Made in Italy".  We were not able to find out specifically how old the pieces are but they look to me like they could be from the 1930s, 40s, 50s, or 60s.

The overall maximum dimensions are 20" tall x 6" wide x 3" deep.  The opening for the candle is 1" in diameter.
Condition
The sconce is in excellent condition with no issues needing to be noted.
