Store your products at ambient temperatures from 60-75 degrees Fahrenheit. To avoid moisture being added to the kernels, do not put the product in the freezer or refrigerator. The popping temperature should be at least 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, coconut oil melts at 75-83 degrees Fahrenheit, but can still be used in its solid form.

The oil can begin to harden during temperature fluctuations, which is very normal and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the product. The product can still be used whether it is hard or soft, and it doesn’t change the quality of the product at all.
