OK I tried the set up again and this time it worked. Didn't do anything different from the first time but for some reason it just didn't take before. All is good, thanks for the help.

I figured out the issue.
It does not work with the Alexa on fire stick TV.
Once I tried with the echo show device and an echo dot it is working as expected.

please make sure all devices on the same network. make sure your alexa connect to your 2.4ghz network. 5G network will not work.
and then power cycle your alexa device and restart your alexa app. and then try discover again !
it will work for sure because so far we have alot customers using it no problem.

alexa is not finding the device.
when i visit the devices IP address i can see a message "You should tell Alexa to discover devices"

Hi I purchased this from you about six months ago and it is starting to fail. I am happy overall with the product just wondering if you think it's likely to be the servo motor or the power supply? And if you would be willing to tell me part numbers so I could replace them?
