    Description

    A rare antique French designer Cartier early 18k yellow gold and amber colored bakelite cigarette holder in bamboo style gradual sectional design, chic and full of fine detailing.
    The design has tiny screw like engravings near the "dimples", reminding us the modern Cartier love design...
    The gold part is approx. 3 1/8" long. The bakelite part is approx. 3/4" long.
    The edge of the wide end is marked "Cartier Inc made in France 18cts".
    There is a spring mechanism to allow the narrow end of the gold section to go in and out.
    Inside the wide end there are two French stamps guaranteeing its 18k gold content.
    Gold part alone weighs approx. 12.75 grams.
