Art Nouveaul Bronze Wall Sconce

Description

This exceptional vintage dore' bronze early 20th century wall sconce depicts two partially nude children poised in an attempt to blow out the light coming from the sconces tall candlesticks. The single sconce is beautifully sculpted with detailed figures with expressive faces prominently positioned within the border of the sconce's design. The sconce is believed to have come out of an old theater in upstate New York.
