The Cigar Cannon is manufactured by CNC manufacturing robots.
You are the first human being to touch the unit you purchased.
It is manufactured here in our hometown of New Orleans, LA.
Our product is 100% American made, even the CNC robots are made in California by Sherline and the electronics are made in California by Gecko CNC.
The aircraft aluminum that we use is also made in the U.S.A.
The Cigar Cannon is carved from a solid piece of aircraft aluminum.
It is hard anodized after its manufacture to add color to it and to make it very tuff and scratch resistant. We want every unit to last forever. The anodize coating also gives the unit a glass smooth surface. It will never rust nor tarnish and should never be polished. We also do the anodizing in house.
We currently offer it in 5 colors:
Gold, Silver, Deep Blue, Bronze and Copper.

Cigar Cannon Instructions:
The Cigar Cannon’s intended purpose is that of a smoking cigar holder.
It is not intended to be inserted into the mouth of the smoker.
Please be careful with your teeth, this product is made out of metal.
Do not put a flame directly to the Cigar Cannon, it will not damage the unit but it will get hot.
Cut the cap off of the cigar of your choice.
While inserting the cigar, turn it clockwise.
Only insert the cigar until you feel it being gripped. Do not use too much force.
If the cigar does not hold tight enough for you, moisten the cigar slightly and reinsert it.
Proceed to light the cigar.
Place the Cigar Cannon up against your lips and puff on it.
Enjoy the perfect smoke.
Cigar Cannon can stand up on it’s mouth and hold your cigar if you need to put it down on a table.
To eject the unsmoked portion, simply blow into the Cigar Cannon and it will shoot out (Please take into consideration that it may still be lit. Never blow the unsmoked cigar portion at another person).
To clean the Cigar Cannon and keep it smelling fresh, place it into the included plastic beaker and fill the beaker with 70% rubbing alcohol. Remove after 3 minutes. Do not store the Cigar Cannon in the rubbing alcohol for extended periods of time it could damage the finish.
Use the spout on the beaker to pour the rubbing alcohol back into the bottle. You can reuse the rubbing alcohol many times.
Rinse the Cigar Cannon in warm water. Dry it with a paper towel. Store it in the pouch provided.

Unpacking Instructions:
Please make sure the Display Box is upright before slipping off rubber holding tape. The tape has no adhesive and simply slides off. The tape can be reused or discarded.
