French Antique Black/Dark Cherry Amber 18K Gold Cigarette Holders- Guy Gift

This a a group of three Black Amber French Antique Cigarette Holders.  They are made of a very dark Amber and   all have gold rims and are marked with the tiny French Eagle Head Proof Stamp for 18K gold. T
he longest one has a reddish tint and is translucent when held up to a light.  Each holder comes in its original leather, silk lined case, all with working latches.  Writing in the cases is visible in the photos except the 'Lemaire' one which underneath that says,"-9 av de Victor Hugo."  The shortest one appears new and unused, the other two show signs of very minimal use.  The longest is 3.5 inches long, the shortest is just over 2.5 inches long.  End openings on each of them is about 5/16 of an inch and would be intended for a standard size cigarette.
We always watch for these old treasures when in Paris and rarely find them, especially in such good condition. Cigarette Holders became very popular in the later 1800's and these, with their dark color, would have been the most valued and least common.  We do not recommend using tobacco but, if you choose to, why not do so in very high style.  Rather than offer each one separately, we thought we would offer them as a group and at a substantial discount.  They make an extraordinary gift for someone who enjoys a cigarette occasionally.  We will ship them at no charge and will accept returns but only for the entire group rather than certain ones.  Were they offered individually they would be priced at 5.00 each.
