Initial Inspection
:
Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems including claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
:
Quality Sourcing needs to be notified within 14 days of receipt to request a return.  All returns require a return authorization number or the return will be refused.  All returns must be received within 30 business days of receiving your shipment.
All items must be returned unopened, unused, as originally received, and in a re-sellable condition. Refunds will be issued once product is received and verified.  You must insure the return against damage.
Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable.  If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Quality Sourcing will be deducted from any refund that is issued. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Order Refusal:
If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Refused packages can take up to 21 days to be processed.
Order Cancellation
: We will make every effort to cancel or change your order however we cannot guarantee a cancellation regardless of date of request.  If your order or part of your order has already been approved or is already in the process for shipping, then your order cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you need an item before buying.
