Ultra Blue PTFE
offers high temperature us, self lubrication and premium smoothness over the cheaper white or clear Bowden tubing normally included with Bowden remote extruder on 3D Printers. Due to the self lubricating chemical makeup of Ultra Blue PTFE the surface friction is lower which provides the benefit of needing less retraction, due to less play in the filament path resulting in more accurate filament guiding. High Temperature resistance up to 275C and for short period up to 300C. Print non-abrasive higher temperature materials with standard stock ends.

Safety:
Using any PTFE above 280C can cause out gassing which can be harmful to animals and birds. Temps above 275C can cause early deterioration of the tubing, so we don't recommend using it for extended periods at such temps.
