    Description

Rarely-seen, much less offered, 1987 VHS video from independent producer ICON, Inc. of Conway, New Hampshire, explains the history and workings of the Mount Washington Cog Railway.  It documents a good-weather steam-powered roundtrip to the summit with detailed descriptions of switch operation, landmarks and natural surroundings.
Very good video clarity and mostly good camera stability make for a very watchable and informative tape of a bit over twenty-two minutes.
Video quality looks as you would expect from a professional-grade camera in the late 1980's.
Narration orients the viewer and tells the story of the MWCR.
VHS video tape recorded at the SP speed.
    NOT a DVD.
Sold as originally offered in a plain black plastic tape case with simple typed labels and a cropped MWCR six-panel "Ride the Cog" brochure folded and inserted beneath the case's clear plastic cover.
Excellent condition, tape played perfectly all the way through the day of this listing.
Light shelf wear on the plain heavy plastic case.
Not a library, thrift store, Asian or bootleg copy.
    NTSC video.
    No odor or smoke.
    Private estate collection.
Pictures are of the actual item offered, not stock photos.
