National Instruments X Series Multifunction DAQ Device PCIe-6361Description:
National Instruments PCIe-6361 Multifunction I/O Device
The
PCIe-6361
is a rapid
Multifunction I/O Device
is made by
National
Instruments
. The device has 24 digital I/O lines. All lines are separately programmed as either an input or an output. These lines enable 8 hardware types to operate up to 10 MHz frequency. The device is featured with 8 differential analog inputs and is also structured with 16 single-ended analog input channels. Each channel can be operated with the maximum sample rate of 2 MS/s. The multi-channel average sample rate is about 1 MS/s. The analog input has 10 ns timing resolution. The analog channel has 50 ppm timing precision. These input channels can operate at the highest voltage of ±11 V. This voltage range is applicable for both common and single modes.
The
National
Instruments
PCIe-6361
has 2 analog output channels. These channels have 16-bit DAC resolution. They also have DNL of ±1 LSB. The maximum sample rate of the single channel is 2.86 MS/s. The sample rate for both channels is around 2MS/s. The
NI
PCIe-6361
output channels have the same timing, precision, and resolution as the input channels. The channels operate through DC coupling with 0.2 Ω. There is also protection against overdrive voltage and current. The protection range is ±25 V and 26 mA respectively.
The
National Instruments
PCIe-6361
transfers data through DMA. The digital lines have pull-down resistance from 20 kΩ to 50 kΩ. The digital PFI ports are used to provide static digital input and output. These are also used to provide timing input and output.
