Vintage 50s 60s Wall Hanging Beehive Sconce Mid Century Modern Atomic Light Lamp

Item:  For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super vintage atomic era wall hanging sconce with spun plastic beehive shade.  Circa '50s / '60s. The shade is two tone - one half is off-white, while the other half is black.  The shade appears to be constructed of a hard spun plastic-like material (maybe fiberglass?).  It rests inside of a brass cup which is extended forward on a carved brass rod from the wood wall mount.  The wood wall mount has an on/off push button switch which is used to control the functionality of the fixture.  There is a small metal hanging loop exposed on the back side for mounting it to a wall.  We are uncertain as to the maker, but it does remind us quite a bit of the Rotaflex fixtures from back in the day!  It's a super cool fixture that's been very well preserved by its previous owners, and it is ready for a new home!  It's look fantastic in any modern interior setting.
Measurements: With the shade attached, the entire fixture measures approximately 13" tall x 8.5" deep (measured from the outermost edge of the shade to the back of the wooden wall mount).  The shade itself measures approx. 12" tall x 7" wide (at its widest point) x 7" deep (at its deepest point).  The wooden wall mount measures approx. 7" wide x 5.75" tall x 1" deep.
Condition: The lamp is in excellent condition - no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The brass cup that is used to hold the shade in place is free from dents, dings, tarnishing, etc.  The wood wall mount is free from chips, scratches, breaks, repairs, etc.  The electrical wiring is free from frays, splits, exposed / brittle wires - it looks to be original, and is in great shape!  The lamp is in fully functioning, working condition.  As with all vintage lighting and electronics, we always strongly suggest having the fixture examined by a licensed professional prior to long-term use.  The lamp is being sold "as-is" - if you have any questions, we recommend asking them prior to purchase as all sales are final, unless an item is grossly misrepresented.
