Additional Information:
This is a great vintage flute!  It has opened tone holes with the off set G.  From the serial number it is from 1962-1965 and is a 3SS vintage model.  It has rolled tone holes which you typically do not see on modern Gemeinhardt flutes.  It plays beautifully! As you can see in pictures it looks like it has been sitting in the back of someones closet.  It could use a polish/buff and general clean up.  The pads are older used but still usable condition.  There is not a funk to the flute it just has that old instrument smell that you find when instruments sit for long periods of time without being played.  It comes in what looks to be the original case with a zippered outside case.  This is a beautiful vintage flute!
A fellow eBayer suggested that this is in A=35 instead of A=440. Thank you eBay community! Another eBayer sent this:
I worked at Gemeinhardt years ago and can attest that this one is one of the Sterling Silver (later they were coin silver) models made before 1969, After that the french arm keys were relegated to the KG Limited. The body on your flute has these however the foot has Y arm keys and is from another model. There should be no plating on the flute so it can always be polished to a shine since it is sold sterling silver. Thank you again eBay community for adding more information about the flute!

Older Used Condition (Still usable but significant signs of physical wear) it looks to be the original case with the soft zipper extra cover case though the zipper on the outside case is tough to move sometimes.

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
Instructions for Return Shipping:

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
