The only thing I see to note is the spots/stains on the right front pocket. See pic 12. REALLY nice with that exception (in my opinion).

Hips (measurement from side to side across where bottom of fly starts) is 16 3/4”.
Inseam (crotch seam to end of leg) is 1 1/2”.
End of leg measures 10” from side to side.
