Built out of sturdy 3/4 In. sanded birch plywood, rough dimensions are 21" x 18" x 16"
5 gallon bucket/receptacle NOT included. Easily found at Home-Depot/Lowes/local hardware store.
This is an all-around solid composting loo suitable for indoor/outdoor household use, office, camping, shop, shed or emergency toilet use. No water, electricity, venting, plumbing or chemicals are required and it is totally odor free when properly managed.
The design is very simple and has been used across America and around the world for many years. People who use this setup rave about it and simply put – it’s the simplicity of the design that makes it so great.
This toilet can also easily double as a quarantine toilet, as needed to section off a house or living space with no access to a bathroom. If used for this purpose I'll include free bio-hazard disposal bags.
These toilets are designed to be used with covering material after each use, such as sawdust, peat moss, chopped straw, or soil. This is the how to eliminate all odor, and help with the composting process.
It has been finished with a double coat of water-based clear polyurethane finish.
Requires some very simple assembly.
